I want to get my love for this book across without just sounding like a squeeing fangirl that is babbling nonsense, but I'm not sure I will be able to do it. Half-Blood is just that amazing. This series is going right to the top of my favorites list! Half-Blood picks up right where the prequel, Daimon, leaves off, with Alex running and fighting for her life. The action and adventure doesn't ever slow down. It is non-stop explosive from beginning to end. There is never a boring moment in Half-Blood, never a moment when the story is slow. I literally did not want to put this book down because I could not turn the pages fast enough to see what trouble Alex would find herself in next.(cont.)
