If you've been reading my blog or following me on twitter or facebook for any amount of time than you know that my love of Half-Blood and all thing Alex and the Covenant knows no bounds and Pure lived up to those expectations and completely blew them away. Somehow Pure managed to be so much more amazing than Half-Blood (and that is truly saying something). Alex was still in all of her kick-ass glory of course, but we also get to see a much more vulnerable side of her that I just adore. Aiden, oh Aiden, he will break your heart into a thousand little pieces and you will stand there and let him just so you can look into his gorgeous eyes while he does it. That boy is everything that I want in a male lead and so much more. We also get to learn so much more about the mysterious and sexy Seth in Pure and I'm so so glad we did. Seth is sex on a stick and I think everyone who reads this book will all agree with me that Jennifer Armentrout is an angel in disguise for giving us such an scene with him. All I will say is, care for a swim anyone?? I also loved that we got to see other sides of Seth than just his sexy side, I think he was really starting to care for Alex, and they were really connecting in this book on a very real level. I can't wait to see where that will take them in the next book!Pure and The Covenant series will punch you in the face with awesome. So addictive you won't want to stop until it's over and will leave you crying in your cornflakes for more. Jennifer Armentrout has quickly become one of my all time favorite authors and Pure will surely be one of my favorite reads of the year. If you haven't read this series yet, I don't know what you are waiting for!!!
